Robbie Williams (born Robert Peter Williams on February 13, 1974) is an English singer, songwriter, and record producer. In 1990 Williams' career began as a member of the pop band Take That, which he left in 1995 to begin his solo career, after having sold more than 25 million records with his former bandmates. After that, he bacame a very successful music artist with over 53 million albums and 15 million singles sold worldwide over the course of his solo career. Williams made it to The Guinness Book of World Records when 1.6 million tickets were sold in a single day shortly after he announced his World Tour in 2006.
